"Turkey is our important partner in the region . It is also a very close country for Azerbaijan. This factor cannot be ignored," Medvedev noted.
Medvedev also highlighted the fruitful dialogue between Moscow and Ankara stating that Turkish and Russian presidents constantly discuss this issue, and decided to establish a special monitoring center with the servicemen of the two countries.
"This is an element of general stabilization. However, it could do not be considered as an element of long-term policy. We just need to take into account the realities of our region. The reality is that today this issue must be discussed with partners from Turkey”, he added.
